Yesterday I had a pounding headache, sore gums (of course right next to where I have my mercury fillings), and a stiff neck. My friend told me to take an advil, but the headache was so bad I didn’t think it would work, and I had another plan.
I had heard that coffee enemas can make headaches go away. So I decided to do an experiment.
I prepared the enema, but did a cleansing enema first (just one quart of water and a small pinch of himalayan salt). Afterwards I proceeded with the coffee enema.
Well I couldn’t hold that for more than five minutes! But afterwards, I felt much better.
I wasn’t sure if the experiment was a success until about an hour later when I noticed that not only was there no headache, no ache in my gums at all, and my neck was no longer sore.
This was two days ago, and no sign of any pain since then!
So I am a believer now. Coffee enemas can cure headaches.
This is great; I am no longer a slave to advil. And instead of adding an extra burden to my liver, I can help it dextox instead with a coffee enema.
If you want to learn how to administer a coffee enema, watch this great video by “wellness warrior” Jess Ainscough.
